 
The Livingston Insurance Agency, Inc. ("LIA"), located in Geneseo, New York was founded by Jan Rogers in 1991. In 1993, LIA purchased Great Valley Insurance & Financial Services, expanding its client base and local representation.
In September 2004, Livingston Insurance Agency, Inc., became a member of Alpha Associates, Inc. As a shareholder of Alpha Associates, Inc., an agency cluster, LIA strategically expanded its company and client base. With the representation of additional companies, LIA is able to provide enhanced services for a broader range of clientele. The Agency has enjoyed continuous growth throughout Northern, Central and Western New York.
On January 3, 2005, LIA went "live" with a new agency management system. This agency management system (DORIS) gave LIA the ability to electronically download policies and endorsements with a majority of its companies. With this enhanced technology, LIA is able to provide a higher level of personal and professional service to their valued clients. On January 1, 2008, LIA went "paperless", providing another opportunity to enhance the level of service to valued clients. But LIA didn't stop there, in February 2013 LIA upgraded to TAM Online and integrated it with their new website.
One level of service that remains constant is our Emergency Services that are available 24 hours per day though our advanced phone system which has the capability of contacting any of our professional staff any time day or night.
